网笼施工主要程序是立架→装料→砌平→封口等。
1、立架
将网笼错缝摆设就位，避免出现纵向贯通缝。将网笼四边立起，用绑线将相邻边沿扎紧，在绑扎过程中避免高镀锌损伤。
2、填装
填充的块石大小搭配合理，以达到设计要求的空隙度，并保证网石笼的直线外形。

4、封口
在砌筑好的网笼（网垫）上依据设计要求铺填壤土，采用人工移植当地草皮、灌木，并撒上草籽。将顶盖盖下，然后用绑扎线将两条重合的框线扎紧。
